SecureIT Plus runs virtually without any input from you. Contact us if you are interested by calling 482-5220 or by email. The cost is $5.95 per month with an installation fee of $10.00 -  all charged on your K&M billing. There is no long term commitment required. If your current security coverage is about to expire, give SecureIT Plus a try.

PC Support - Consider this service if your computer has slowed down or if you see lots of pop ups or suspect a virus infection. These services are tech support services preformed while your computer is at home. The tech will use your dial-up or DSL Internet Service to view and make any needed changes on your computer. Charges for these services will be placed on your credit card only after discussion of the services and charges with the tech. If you want to try this support, dial 1-888-723-4932 and indicate that K&M Telephone Co. is the recommending partner. You do not need to be our Internet Service customer to use these services. Here is a list of the support services:

  1. PC Diagnostic Service - The tech will locate any issues that may be causing problems. He will then recommend actions needed to fix any issues. $24.95
  2. PC Performance Tune-Up - The tech will optimize your hard drive, memory, registry, Internet browser, Microsoft Operating System and software applications. $45.95
  3. Virus & Spyware Removal - The tech will remove virus and spyware problems. $69.95
  4. Total Computer Care - This is a package including all three of the above services. $89.95
  5. Windows Vista Training - 30 minutes of one-on-one training by phone. $29.95
  6. Advanced PC Repair - The tech will fix operating system issues and install updates & patches. He will help resolve DSL connection problems. He can identify and fix browser issues. $69.95
