These services are tech support services preformed while your computer is at home. The tech will use your dial-up or DSL Internet Service to view and make any needed changes on your computer. Charges for these services will be placed on your credit card only after discussion of the services and charges with the tech. If you want to try this support, dial 1-888-723-4932 and indicate that K&M Telephone Co. is the recommending partner. You do not need to be K&M's Internet Service customer to use these services. 1. PC Diagnostic - The tech will locate any issues that may be causing problems. He will then recommend actions needed to fix any issues. FREE
2. Total Tune-Up - The tech will remove unneeded files and programs; adjusts PC settings; defrag you hard drive and other general cleaning. A custom report is sent to you after completion. Price is $45.95
3. Virus & Spyware Removal - The tech will remove virus and spyware problems. Update operating system and antivirus programs. Provide tips to avoid future infection. Price is $89.95
4. Complete Care - This is a package including both of the above services and saves you $25. Price is $109.95
5. New OS Training & Customization - An in-depth walk through of you new operating system and assistance with settings so you new computer will serve you better. Price $49.95
6. Advanced Repair - The tech will diagnose and repair any computer problem outside the scope above listed services. Price $69.95
7. Total Membership - Get full access to all our TotalTech services and benefits for an entire year all for one low price of $169.95
